Head, Heart & Hands
If you slow down and look at our logo you’ll notice that within the design there are three triangles. As you may imagine, they are a nod to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Southwest Virginia, and this community we are so proud to love and serve. Yes, they are a nod to our home. But, there is another significant meaning to those three triangles that you should also know. They represent our commitment to use our head, heart, and hands to help you live your very best life.
Being a chiropractor takes a long-term commitment to learn the art, science and philosophy of this profession. In addition to a 4-year college degree, there is Chiropractic School and lots, and lots of on-the-job training. It matters that someone committed to serving as a chiropractor has invested the time and energy to do the job with the expertise it requires. It also matters that they stay on top of their education through in-service education specific to chiropractic but also specific to personal development. While all of this head knowledge matters significantly, it isn’t enough. There is more a chiropractor must bring to work each day!
Heart is often the most overlooked aspect of chiropractic care. Without listening to patients to really hear their goals and needs, the plan of care may totally miss the mark. Also, when someone feels cared about, they are more likely to follow recommendations and believe that improvement is possible. A positive mindset and supportive care team matters deeply for overall wellness. This is something we are deeply committed to at AdjustNRV. That’s why you’ll hear Dr.Brooke really getting to know patients - not just their aches and pains but also their passions and goal.
And lastly, where would we be without our hands? Absolutely nowhere. Even after all of these years of practicing Chiropractic, Dr. Brooke will never get over how incredible it is that by applying hands, the body can be adjusted, corrected and optimized in a way that leads to improved living. It is wonderful that there is a safe solution that transforms lives without the use of surgery or medication. The human body is incredible and with the guidance of chiropractic hands, it can heal and be restored in profound ways.
The head alone is not enough.
The heart alone is not enough.
And, hands alone are not enough.
When we bring together these three components of excellent chiropractic care we know that lives will be improved, pain will be lessened, function will increase and people will embrace their very best lives.
That is why when you gaze at our logo you see three triangles. Because you can count on us to bring together our head, heart, and hands for you.
